Essential information for authors submitting manuscripts

- Scope: Manuscripts must fall within the scope of Management Sciences or closely related disciplines. Submissions outside this scope will not be considered for review.
- Citation Style: All references and in-text citations must strictly follow the APA citation format, 7th edition.
- Blind Review Compliance: The manuscript must be prepared for double-blind peer review. Author name(s), affiliations, and any identifying information must be completely removed from the manuscript file before initial submission.
- Author Registration: All contributing authors must be registered on the journal platform before a manuscript can be submitted on their behalf.
- Formatting Requirements: Manuscripts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document (.docx), formatted with Times New Roman typeface, 12pt font size, and 1.5 line spacing. The total length must not exceed 15 pages, inclusive of references and appendices.
- Abstract: A structured abstract of no more than 250 words must be included, summarising the study's purpose, methodology, findings, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Provide between 3 and 6 keywords that accurately reflect the core themes of the manuscript, listed immediately below the abstract.
- Fees: All submissions must be accompanied by a non-refundable assessment fee of ₦10,000. Upon acceptance of the manuscript, a publication fee of ₦20,000 is required before the article proceeds to final production.
- Final Manuscript Submission: Once revisions have been completed and the manuscript is accepted, the final version submitted for publication must include the full name(s) of all author(s) and their institutional affiliations.
- Author Contributions (Multiple Authors): For manuscripts with two or more authors, a brief Author Contributions Statement must be included in the final submission, clearly specifying each author's role in the conception, execution, writing, or review of the work.
